Humanized mouse

List : Humanized NOG/Humanized Next Generation NOG

Humanized NOG
(hHSC engrafted NOG)
  • It is a humanized NOG mouse engrafted with hHSC (human Hematopoietic Stem Cells).
  • Engrafted hHSC differentiate into various immune cells, most of cells are T and B cells.
  • Cells of the myeloid lineage undergo very little differentiation.
  • GVHD does not develop.
Humanized NOG
(hPBMC engrafted NOG)
  • It is a humanized NOG mouse engrafted with hPBMC (human peripheral blood mononuclear cells).
  • Human CD3+ T cells are well engrafted, and CD4+ T cells and CD8+ T cells are also detected.
  • Two to three weeks after engrafted, T cells are detected in the peripheral blood, and many T cells also infiltrate the spleen, lungs, and liver.
  • When 1×107 PBMCs are engrafted, GVHD develops about 3 weeks after engrafted, and death occurs within 1-2 months.
Humanized NOG-EXL
(hHSC engrafted NOG-EXL)
  • Humanized mouse in which HSCs was engrafted into genetically modified NOG mouse expressing human IL-3 and human GMCSF genes to promote myeloid cell differentiation.
  • Differentiation of myeloid lineage cells such as macrophages and granulocytes are better compared to humanized NOG mouse.
  • Human cell chimerism tends to be higher in humanized NOG-EXL mice than in conventional humanized NOG mice.
Humanized NOG-ΔMHC
(hPBMC engrafted NOG-ΔMHC)
  • Since NOG-ΔMHC mouse is deficient in MHC class I and class II in NOG mouse, GVHD after human PBMC engraftment is alleviated. Therefore it is possible to do long-term studies after xeno-engraftment.
  • It is expected to be used for anti-tumor evaluation of immune checkpoint inhibitors after PBMC engraftment and long-term trials of CAR-T cell therapy.
Humanized FcResolv NOG
(hHSC engrafted FcResolv NOG)
  • Deletion of mouse FcgR attenuates innate immunity including macrophage activity in mouse.
  • By using HSC humanized FcResolv NOG mouse, the anti-tumor effects of immune checkpoint inhibitors can be clearly evaluated compared to experiments using conventional humanized NOG mouse.
Humanized NOG-IL15
(human peripheral NK cells engrafted NOG-IL15)
  • Human NK cells can be engrafted and proliferated by transferring hCD56+ NK cells derived from human PBMC.
  • Suitable for studying Antibody-Dependent Cellular Cytotoxicity (ADCC) activity.
  • It can also be used to assess cytotoxic function against tumor tissues that are highly sensitive to NK cells.
Humanized FcResolv NOG-IL15
(human peripheral NK cells engrafted FcResolv NOG-IL15 )
  • Humanized models transferred with human peripheral blood-derived NK cells are widely used.
  • It is a model that enables long-term engraftment of human NK cells, and allows evaluation of ADCC activity by human NK cells, excluding mouse cell-mediated ADCC.
  • FcResolv NOG-IL15 mice are useful for evaluating in vivo ADCC activity of antibody drug candidates.
Humanized NOG-IL2
(hHSC engrafted NOG-IL2)
  • Differentiation of transferred hematopoietic stem cells into NK cells is promoted, and the number of CD56+ NK cells is more than 10 times higher than that of conventional humanized NOG mouse.
  • Suitable for studying Antibody-Dependent Cellular Cytotoxicity (ADCC) activity.
Humanized NOG-IL6
(hHSC engrafted NOG-IL6)
  • Differentiation of transferred hematopoietic stem cells into monocytes or macrophages is promoted by human IL-6,
resulting in the induction of more monocytes and macrophages than in conventional humanized NOG mouse.
  • Suitable for studying tumor-associated macrophages (TAM).
Hu-liver TK-NOG
(human Liver Cells engrafted TK-NOG)
  • TK-NOG mouse that develops liver injury is transplanted with normal human hepatocytes via the splenic portal vein.
  • We transplant human livers and ship mouse with a chimeric ratio 70% or more or 40% or more.
